I think that the invention called "Iphone" has it upsides and downsides in society. Now it`s easier to connect with people and stay connected as well. You can also find information much easier. I`ve been using Iphone 4 for 2 years now and I can easily say that I`m addicted. Maybe not so much to the actual phone, but to all the apps that I can use through it. I check Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other stuff many many times every day, starting when I wake up and ending just before I go to sleep. Sometimes it feels like it´s only your own fantasy that stops you from what you can use it to.
But on the downside can I sometimes feel that I get less social when I`m actually hanging out with my friends. We often take up the phone when we´re watching a movie or something. Not because something has happened, but because that`s what we normally do. So I can relate to what Rosen are saying in the article, “The great thing about the iPhone is that we carry it with us all day
long. The bad part is that we carry it with us all day
long.”
All and all I believe that we have to accept the fact that we are living in a time where Iphone and other smartphones are something that are here to stay. In our private life and at work. It makes things a lot easier.
